After every single visit, you'll receive a detailed report card through our client portal, complete with photos or videos, GPS-tracked walk routes, a time stamp, and a personal note about how your pet did. No more wondering if the walker actually showed up, or how long they stayed, or whether your dog actually went outside.

Before Your First Visit: We always start with a free, no-obligation consultation, in your home where we learn about your pet's personality, routine, and any special needs they may have. Then we get you set up in our client portal & app Time To Pet for scheduling and communication. This is also where we make sure it's the right fit for your pet and for you.
Every Visit: Your assigned pet care professional shows up consistently, follows your pets routine, and spends quality time with your pet, by walking, playing, feeding, or administering care as needed. You'll get a detailed GPS tracked visit report, with photos sent straight to your phone at the end of each service, so you never have to wonder.
Ongoing Care: Whether you need daily walks, occasional drop-ins, or pet sitting support while you travel, we build a recurring schedule around your life and your pets needs.
