Cancellation policy:
- We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. You will not be charged for any services scheduled within this time frame.
- If a cancellation notice occurs with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% for any services scheduled.
- If less than 24 hour notice is given for cancellations, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of the agreed upon rate for any services scheduled.
- Holiday cancellations are non refundable, for services that are already booked.
- If we are already in route to the visit or arrive at your house or we arrive and your pet is not there, you will be charged for the visit.
- Pet wedding attendant, cancellations by client: All services including the deposit are non-refundable.
- Pet wedding attendant cancellations by The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting: In the unlikely event that The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, must cancel services for a wedding, a full refund, excluding the deposit, will be provided.
- All cancellations must be made via e-mail or via the Time To Pet client portal. Text messages are not accepted, for cancellations.
- Additional fee's may apply to last minute/emergency visits. Please inquire when booking.
Payment policy:
- The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting offers the following payment options including Credit/Debit and ACH payments. All credit/debit and ACH payments can be entered and processed directly through the Time To Pet software system. For recurring services, The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting will provide a bi-weekly invoice on Saturdays. For intermittent services, The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting requires payment before services commence.
- I understand that card information will be retained on file for any future invoice charge(s). If enrolled in AutoPay, I authorize The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting to automatically charge my credit/debit card or ACH payment method as payment for any and all future invoices.
- Payments for Dog Walking and Pet Sitting are upon receipt of invoice or first day of service.
- All holiday payments are due a week in advance from the first service date.
- I the client agree, I will be charged a $25.00 late fee for services not paid within 7 days for all scheduled services.
- Total fee's for pet wedding attendant services: Are based upon the package that is chosen by the client.
- Deposit Amount for pet wedding attendant services: A deposit of $200.00 is required upon booking.
- Remaining Balances for pet wedding attendant services: Remaining balances will be due one week before the wedding date.
Pet vaccination requirements:
- The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet sitting, requires the following vaccines for pets.
- All Dogs, Cats and Ferrets are required to have an up to date Rabies vaccine, per the Texas State Law.
- All Dogs are required to have the following up to date vaccines, Rabies, DAPP-L and Bordetella.
- All Cats are required to have the following up to date vaccines, Rabies, FVRCP and FeLV.
- All Ferrets are required to have an up to date, Rabies and distemper vaccine.
