Cancellation policy:

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. You will not be charged for any services scheduled within this time frame.

If a cancellation notice occurs with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% for any services scheduled.

If less than 24 hour notice is given for cancellations, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of the agreed upon rate for any services scheduled.

Holiday cancellations are non refundable, for services that are already booked.

If we are already in route to the visit or arrive at your house or we arrive and your pet is not there, you will be charged the full amount for the visit.

Pet wedding attendant, cancellations by client: All services are non-refundable.

Pet wedding attendant cancellations by The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting LLC: In the unlikely event that The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, must cancel services for a wedding, a full refund, excluding the retainer, will be provided.

All cancellations must be made via e-mail or via the Time To Pet client portal. Text messages are not accepted, for cancellations.

Additional fee's may apply to last minute/emergency visits. Please inquire when booking.

Pet vaccination requirements:

The Golden Leash Dog Walking and Pet sitting LLC, requires the following vaccines for pets.

All Dogs, Cats and Ferrets are required to have an up to date Rabies vaccine, per the Texas State Law.

All Dogs are required to have the following up to date vaccines, Rabies, DAPP-L and Bordetella.

All Cats are required to have the following up to date vaccines, Rabies, FVRCP and FeLV.

All Ferrets are required to have an up to date, Rabies and distemper vaccine.
